If anyone has any Knowledge on this subject Im intrested. Like for one, I think i have astroed before just didnt know how but I heard ppl see there body I dont see mine but it feels as if I am awake....I can feel and smell everything even taste things and sometime I wake up with marks that were'nt there the night before. How would a person even try to do this at will? ummm its an intresting subject it anyone would care to comment on it im all ears ....well eyes anyways lol

from what i have read so far in a book i have ... it states you astral travel in your dreams ....now i'm think crap i want to astral trav ...but how can I if you do it in your dream , i don't dream....darn i'm so bumed out if the only way to astral is in sleep while dreaming...has anyone astral trav...while not sleeping?

Astralling usually occurs into two different tiers, that I've noticed. The "lower" of the two I call the "cusps". Past that is another level that I refer to as the "astrals". You use the same techniques to get to both. Most people I've talked to over the last few years seem to only hang around in the cusps. Remote viewing to others in the physical plane is done by this same tier, also.
Forgive my grammar. I'm really tired. I'll post more, if anyone's interested.. but give me a few days.

I have astroed once. I am Wiccan & I was trying to astroproject, tried many times with no success but just this once it had worked. It is like leaving your body, one half is left behind while the other half travels where you want it to. I could feel, smell, hear, ect. I went to a prison where a friend in need was. I had heard his calling & went to help him. I think it was the urgency in his calling which gave me the power to astroproject. He could see me, even touch me. I don't know if anyone else could. I helped him out the best I could & went back to my original body. My son told me, while I was gone I appeared to be sleeping while sitting up.
Don't know if that's of any help but that's all I have. All in all, it's a very strange feeling in itself!
