Hii.. Many clubs in the original database (and in real life) have plenty of U23/U20/U18 coaches, physios etc. Often on rather high wages. Back in FM14 it was possible to hire adequate, yet obscure, youth staff on around 30-40k per year, while in FM18 the average top-division staff won't sign for less than 70-80k. And managers won't come for anything lower than 100k, even costing as much as first-team staff in many cases. So, I was wondering, is there really a point in investing a sizeable chunk of the staff budget on people who'll train players who are most likely going to become deadwood? Depending on which level you're playing, the best U18s will either go straight into the senior squad or will get loaned out to get better football experience. And the U2x team is usually a glorified dumping ground for players you don't need anymore or for failed youth prospects. Either way, they won't need top-quality coaching as your goal is likely to get rid of them ASAP. Thanks! I didn't find the right solution from the Internet.
